| Continue to TAB through each field and enter the appropriate data. Now draw your attention to
the gray boxes located next to some of the entry fields (i.e. 201. Deposit or earnest money) Throughout RxClose,
you will notice an abundance of these. These are referred to as Calculation Boxes. After
clicking on of these buttons, another entry screen will pop up and allow the settlement agent
to automatically calculate a particular charge instantly.

| As demonstrated here, this calculation allows the settlement agent to immediately determine
the cost for each payment on a particular loan. Many other calculations can be determined by
RxClose as well... such as Amortization, Recording Fees, and Taxes Due. |
