| After clicking the appropriate button, the settlement agent can now add as many Borrowers, Sellers
or Lenders to the HUD as necessary. RxClose allows the settlement agent to add unlimited clients
to any Real Estate Closing. In order to select a particular client to add to the HUD, search the Main Database using the Client No. field. After selecting the right Client No., the appropriate data will appear on the screen. If you need to add a new client that hasn't been previously entered into the Main Database, simply enter the approriate data and click Add to Main. If you've found the right client to add to a particular closing, then click the Add to HUD button. The settlement agent can do this process as many times as necessary to add the correct number of related parties. |
