When first entering RxClose, you need to add clients to your main database (i.e. Address Book).
This can be done by selecting the following menu options: Views, Main Databases.
Within the Main Database menu you can either add a Borrower, Seller or Lender. The view above
shows the entry screen for a typical Borrower/Seller.
RxClose allows for the entry of two names (i.e. husband and wife) along with
other various pieces of information. A Description field is also available to
remind the settlement agent about what type of client is involved within a
real estate closing.
After entering the appropriate information, simply save the file, and you have
just begun your database of names. Now let us begin with an actual real estate closing...
