In order to understand the power of RxClose, the settlement agent must understand the concept behind this Genlex application.
RxClose consists of two main databases, each with sub-databases. The database structure is as follows:
- Main Database (i.e. Address Book)
- Borrower/Seller Database (Client Address Book)
- Lender Database (Finance Address Book)
- Settlement Statement Database (i.e. Filing Cabinet)
- HUD-1 Settlement Statements
- HUD-1A Settlement Statements
RxClose uses the powerful Dataflex® database to support this
