Mail Log Pages

The Mail Log Pages view is used to enter/edit Mail Log Pages records.

Entering Mail Log Pages Information

1.Go to the Who's Who View.

2. Enter or Select the record to be added in the Mail Log file.

3. Click on the Links Tab.

4. Click on the Mail Log Button.

5. Enter the note for the Mail Log item.

6. Save the item by clicking on the Save Button.

Editing Mail Log Pages Information

1. Call up the record by finding or entering the Mail Log Page entry.

2. Change the fields to be edited.

3. Press F2 to save your changes or click on the Save button.

3a. If you would like to save the new record as well as the old simply click on the Save as New button. Doing so will assign the next available page number and enter today's date for the mail log item. If you wish to you may edit these page number and date fields once you have saved the item as new.

*Note: Making Changes to the Mail log items, i.e. changing the date or page number, will affect the mail log report. The report will only reflect the new date and page information. Previous date or page number information will be lost. If you wish to avoid this concern we suggest saving both records, to ensure that data remains intact if you make an editing error.

Searching for a Mail Log Pages Record

1. Enter the Who's Who view and select a Client/Matter/Sub Matter

2. Click on the links tab

3. Click on the Mail Log pages button.

4. In the page numbers field enter the mail log page number you are searching for or use the selection list at the end of the field.

Deleting a Mail Log Pages Record

1. Open the Who's Who in Case Ace view and select a Client/Matter/Sub Matter.

2. Click on the Links tab.

3. Click on the Mail Log Button.

5. Enter or Select the Page number and date created.

6. Place the cursor in the notes field and Shift + F2.
