Effortless data entry

CaseAce's client-matter structure makes time entry, billing and report generation as easy as the push of a button. It allows you to enter a virtually unlimited number of clients and related matters.

Standalone or network installion

CaseAce will install either on a stand alone computer or on a network so that multiple users can share data files.

CaseAce's billing component allows you to generate pre-bills at any time, and review and edit individual time/expense records and costs prior to posting. Two trust accounts are available for each client-matter. CaseAce's billing flexibility allows you to post charges to a bill selectively by matter or transaction. Interest on overdue accounts and courtesy adjustments are automatically calculated. Bills can be generated without waiting for the typical end-of-month process, resulting in a shorter turnaround time for accounts receivable.

Comprehensive reporting

More than fifty standard reports can be generated in CaseAce be it by attorney, matter or client including aged accounts receivable, budget information by client/matter, client accounts status, cost account summary and more. You can also create your own customized reports based on your criteria. And all reports can be merged into your word processor.
