Enter/Edit Billing Information

The Minutes Unit is used to determine the method of time entry. Select the value that conforms to how you keep time for services. There are four commonly used minute units:

Field	Size
1.00	1 minute equals 1 unit. With this relationship, an hour is divided into 60 parts (like a clock).
6.00	6 minutes equals 1 unit. Here an hour is divided into 10 parts (decimal division of an hour).
15.00	15 minutes equals 1 unit. Using this relationship, an hour is divided into 4 parts.
0.60	.6 minutes equals 1 unit. An hour is divided into 100 parts if you use this relationship.

Enter the Interest Percentage, if interest (late payment fee, finance charge, etc.) is charged for overdue payments.

Sales Tax calculation is available in those states that require sales tax on services. Leave the field blank if your state does not require sales tax on services.

Enter/Edit Rank Information

Rank Information is used to provide a Person output order, when desired, on bills. You may enter up to 10 ranks.
