Lenders on HUD

This view is used

Find lender on HUD/HUD-1A

Click on the which will display the Lenders on HUD dialog.

To view the details of a lender, highlight the desired record and click on the Ok button. To remove a lender from a HUD/HUD-1A, highlight the desired record and click on the Delete button.

Edit lender on HUD/HUD-1A

Find the lender on the HUD/HUD-1A that is to be modified. Make the desired modifications and click on the 'Edit' button. The user will be given the opportunity to also save the modifications in the main lender database. (TOP)

Add lender to HUD/HUD-1A

If the lender is already entered in the main lender database:

Enter the lender's Client Number and press the 'Tab' key or select the Main lender Lookup dialog. This dialog is activated by clicking on located at the end of the Client Number field window.
Click on the Add lender to HUD button

If the lender is not currently in the main lender database:

Assign a new Client Number
Enter the lender's name and press the 'Tab' key.
Enter the lender's address information
Click on either the Add to Main button or the Add to HUD button
