Select seller on HUD

Click on the which will display the Sellers on HUD dialog.

To view the details of a seller, highlight the desired record and click on the Ok button. To remove a seller from a HUD, highlight the desired record and click on the Delete button.

Edit Seller on HUD

Find the seller on the HUD that is to be modified. Make the desired modifications and click on the 'Edit' button. The user will be given the opportunity to also save the modifications in the main borrower/seller database. (TOP)

New

If the seller is already entered in the main borrower/seller database:

Enter the seller's Client Number and press the 'Tab' key or select the Main Borrower/Seller Lookup dialog. This dialog is activated by clicking on located at the end of the Client Number field window.
Click on the Add to HUD button

If the seller is not currently in the main borrower/seller database:

Assign a new Client Number
Enter the first seller's name in the form first name \ last name (e.g. John\Smith) and press the 'Tab' key.
Enter the first seller's social security number and press the 'Tab' key.
Enter the second seller's name in the form first name \ last name (e.g. John\Smith) and press the 'Tab' key.
Enter the second seller's social security number and press the 'Tab' key.
Enter the seller's address information
Click on either the Add to Main button or the Add to HUD button
