Custom Errors and Information messages created in RxClose by the software developers.
Save Errors
| Message | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Save complete | The program has finished saving the record |
| You Cannot add this borrower to the HUD. Borrower has already been added. | An identical client already exists in the HUD file |
| Missing Client Number, cannot add borrower! | You must enter in a client number to save this record |
| Missing Client Number cannot add to main database! | You must enter in a client number to save this record |
| SaveAs New Complete | The record has been saved as a new closing |
| You cannot add this seller to the HUD. Seller has already been added | Sellers can only added once to a HUD. |
| Missing Client number. Cannot add lender! | You must enter in a client number to save this record |
| You must assign a client number before saving the lender record. | You must enter in a client number to save this record | This is a new person, please enter the appropriate information and press "add to main" | you neglected to fill out the information fields before trying to save. |
| There is no File Number | You tried to save a file without assigning a file number. |
| This (Borrower,Seller,Lender) is a new person. Add to main | You neglected to fill out the information fields before trying to save. |
| This is a new (lender/borrower/seller)please enter the appropriate information | You have tried to save a new record with no related information |
Delete Errors
| Message | Explanation |
| Cannot find record in closing 1 | You may have improperly deleted information while working in a file and then tried moving to the next page. Make sure you save all changes before paging forward. |
| Cannot find record in closing 2 | You may have improperly deleted information while working in a file and then tried moving to the next page. Make sure you save all changes before paging forward. |
| Cannot find record in closing 3 | You may have improperly deleted information while working in a file and then tried moving to the next page. Make sure you save all changes before paging forward. |
| Cannot find record in closing 4 | You may have improperly deleted information while working in a file and then tried moving to the next page. Make sure you save all changes before paging forward. |

Entry Errors
| Message | Explanation |
| You have chosen an invalid file number, please try again. | The file number already exists or is incorrectly formatted,use another file number. |
| Please enter a different file number | You have entered a file number and tried to save with a file number that is incorrectly formatted or already exists. |
| Please check calculation J202, Missing information | You have not completed this field or have changed information which affects it. Make sure you have all necessary information inputted. |
| Settlement date is missing will. This will affect future calculations. | The settlement date must be used in later calculations, leaving it unspecified may cause calculation problems at a later point. |
Miscellaneous Errors

| Please enter a file number | You have tried to print without selection a file number |
| Please select a form document | You need to select a form document. |
| There is no file number | You have tried to move forward in a HUD without selecting a file number. |
| Header file created | Header file creation was successful |
