The Providers view is used to enter/edit Providers records. |

Entering Providers Information
|
1. Enter the Provider Code. The Provider Code is a caps lock field and is limited to 8 alpha-numeric characters.
2. Enter the Provider Name. This field should include the name as it is normally written. 3. Enter in the appropriate Address, City, State,Zip,and Phone/ext. Information. 4. Enter in the Name of the Contact for this Provider. This is an optional field. 5. Save the record by clicking on the Save Button. |
Editing Providers Information

1. Call up the record by finding or entering the Providers name.
2. Change the fields to be edited. 3. Press F2 to save your changes or click on the Save Button. |
Searching for a Providers Record
To Search using the Function Keys

1. Placing the cursor in Name and/or Code field. Enter the desired name and press F9. Use F8 to go to the next record and F7 to go to the previous.
2. The search is started against the first most matched record to your entered criteria. For example, entering "A" in the name field and then pressing F9 will bring up the first record beginning with A. To Search Using a Selection List 1. Click on the Selection List Button located at the end of the Name and/or Code field to display the Providers Lookup Dialog.2. Do one of the following: a. Click on the desired Name or Code and then click on the OK button. b. Click on the Search button, enter the name and click on OK. Click on okay a second time to select the record. |
Deleting a Providers Record
1. Find the Providers record and, with the cursor in any field, press Shift+F2.(TOP)
