    File:

    • Clear/Add: Clears file and sets you up to add a new file.
    • Clear All: Clears the whole screen

    CA2000W Security

    Password protection in this program is structured in an Access Level Manner. This means that each user must be assigned to an Access Level. The Access Level controls which entries in the View Pull Down Menu can be activated. Each Access Level is assigned a Password. If a view or report is not assigned to a specific level than any individual regardless of level, will be allowed to enter it. The lower the Access Level Number the more access is granted. Users assigned to an Access Level may enter the views in that level and lower levels. For example an Access Level 1 user has full access to all views. But an Access Level 3 user may only enter Conflict of Interest, Who's Who, and Case Notes. The Passwords and View Access Levels modules are used to maintain the Passwords and view Access Levels.
