Viewing Access Levels

This view allows you to quickly determine which Views and activities are associated with each access level.

Viewing an activity's access level

1. Enter or Select the desired view in the View Name field.

2. The access level of the activity assigned to the view will appear.

Editing an access level

1. Select the Activity or view in the View Field.

2. Select the Access level for the view by entering or selecting the desired level.

3. Save the information by clicking on the Save Button.
